Brian talks about some big influencers in his life like the Leader of the Sales Rebellion, Dale Dupree as well as Best Selling Author, Kristin Sherry. With these influencers in mind, Brian saw a major lack of encouragement on the LinkedIn platform and decided that he would be the one to intentionally encourage each person he came into contact with.
