Episode 09: The Journey of Sarah Crowley

I met Sarah Crowley at a GoRuck Basic event back in March. Since then, Sarah and I have found a variety of similarities between ourselves and the lives we live. Sarah, also the host of her own Podcast, Tombabe, encapsulates what it means to find a balance of both the masculine and feminine energies.

In addition to sharing her journey on exploring what these energies are and how to best channel them, Sarah also discusses the confusion brought on in a life after college athletics.

Having gone to a Division I lacrosse school, University of Massachusetts - Amherst, Sarah endured the ups and downs of college athletics and the intensity of playing at a higher level. Sarah then went on to play professional lacrosse in the year following her graduation from UMass Amherst.
